Privacy Statement Moventem BV

Moventem attaches great value to your privacy. We do our utmost to guarantee your privacy and handle personal data with care. Due to full transparency towards you we have formulated and implemented a policy with regard to these processing operations, their purposes and the possibilities for persons involved to exercise their rights as good as possible.

Fair Data Quality Mark
We are affiliated with the Dutch Market Research Association and work in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Research & Statistics. Our Fair Data Quality Mark proves that we handle (personal) data responsibly. In addition, we are also affiliated with the European Society for Opinion and Market Research and meet the international code of Market- and Social Research.

In all cases, Moventem complies with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we in any case:

We don’t collect more data than necessary for the purpose of the research. We don’t process your data no longer in an identifiable way than necessary for the execution of the research. We never report about you as an individual with identifiable data, unless you have given us unambiguous consent. When requesting this permission, we will inform you to whom and for what purpose we pass on the data. Your answers and personal data are exclusively used for research activities and not to sell you anything.

Provision to third parties
We may pass on the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the aforementioned purposes. We never transfer personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processor agreement. With these parties (processors) we make, of course, necessary agreements to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not transfer the data your provide to another party, unless this is legally required and permitted. We can also share personal data with third parties if you give us permission to do so. We don’t provide any personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Retention period
Moventem doesn’t store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. In this way we ensure that only necessary persons have access to this data, that access to data is protected and that our security measures are regularly checked. We have taken several measures, including:

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect web statistics about visitor- and click behaviour on the website. Google Analytics places a cookie for this purpose which registers your use of the website. The data obtained is then analysed by Google and the results are provided to us. This gives us insight into the way in which our website is used and if necessary we can make adjustments.

Google may provide this data to third parties if it is legally obliged to do so and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We haven’t allowed Google to use the obtained analytical data for other Google services. The information which Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP-address is expressly not provided. User-level data from Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.

Rights regarding your data
You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete your personal data. You can view and rectify your personal data by logging in to your personal page of the panel. To delete personal data you can contact us by filling out the contact form on the website of the panel. You can also object to the processing of personal data (or a part of it) by us or by one of our processors. You are also entitled to have the data provided by you transferred to you or directly to another party if desired. We may request you to identify yourself, before we can comply with aforementioned requests. You can easily withdraw your consent to process your personal data for statistical purposes by unsubscribing from the panel.

The website contains references or hyperlinks to other sites outside our domain. These are included to inform the visitors. Moventem is not responsible for the content or availability of these external links or sources. In addition, Moventem doesn’t guarantee that personal data will be handled carefully on these external links or sources.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we request you to contact us via this mail address info@moventem.nl or via the phone number +31-(0)575 84 3738. In addition, you are entitled to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy.

Coming into force
This (renewed) privacy statement came into effect on 21st September 2020. We can change this privacy statement from time to time, for example if the privacy legislation changes. Changes will be published on our website. We therefore recommend you to regularly check our privacy statement via the website
www.moventem.nl, so that you are aware of these changes. Your data will never be used for other purposes without permission.
